Our solutions

With over 30 experienced professionals, we are ready to help you with the design, construction and maintenance of your project. We perform projects of all sizes for the drinking and waste water industries and can provide you with a filter or softening installation. However, if you are looking for professional assistance with civil engineering projects and pipe line works you can also count on us to deliver a superior solution. We build custom mobile treatment systems and it is even possible to rent a water treatment system from us. All our solutions are listed and explained below.

About us

Rook South America is part of the Rook Group. Rook has been designing, constructing and maintaining drinking and industrial water treatment plants for almost 50 years. With a team of more than 30 experienced specialists, we perform projects of all type and size for the drinking and waste water industries. From production to maintenance At Rook the entire production process – from design to assembly - is in-house and we are dedicated to delivering superior solutions to our customers. Due to our large stock we have fast lines of communication, meaning that our projects are executed and finished at impressive speed without any compromising on quality. The production process At our engineering department you will find experienced designers and process technology specialists hard at work. These experienced professionals design, calculate and develop water treatment plants and piping systems. We have our own production facilities where we process steel, stainless steel and synthetics for, among other things: Piping; Fittings; Tanks; Filtration tanks; Bunkers; Covers/doors. Moreover, we have our own Rilsan® powder coating installation to finish all components, rendering them durable and sustainable. Our assembly department has all the required materials at hand to assemble your project in the most effective way.

History

Rook South America B.V. was founded in 2015 to represent the South American operations of Rook Pijpleidingbouw B.V. The increasing demand in this continent for reliable and economically viable drinking water treatment plants required dedicated attention. Whereas in Western Europe the process design is often done by the client, in South America the process design is the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Filter installations

Rook South America manufactures filter installations for a range of applications. We provide different types of filter, such as steel, stainless steel, synthetic material or concrete reservoirs.

Filtration tanks

At many filtration installations, both pre-filtration and post-filtration are used. Most treatment systems are therefore provided with a filtration tank. This tank is equipped with a filter bed including filter caps, a spray net and an air distribution net.
